Returns & Refunds Policy

 All Cottage Stillroom orders are custom orders. In most cases the candles ordered are made at that time, and especially for that order. Therefore, please allow lead time for your order to arrive at the appropriate time of your need.

 Even though we have great confidence in the satisfaction of our customers, should you wish to return your candles, please call within seven (working) days of receipt of the product. When you call us we will provide you with a Return Number which we request you to include in your return shipping package.
